Return and Refund Policy

For products purchased directly from our website, ALL SALES ARE FINAL with the exception of printing and publishing defects. 

If your request for return is due to printing and publishing defects the following apply:

• Terms of return - You must notify us within 7 days of receipt to request a return.  Arrangements will be made for an even exchange. 
• State of return - The product must be in good, undamaged condition other than the printing defects and must not show signs of abnormal use and wear. 
• Reason for return- The only reasons for return is defect or wrong item received. 
• Process for return - Must contact customer service via email at info@3rddaypublishing.com to request an exchange. Further instructions will be provided at that time.  
• Process of refund - Refunds will NOT be processed, however, exchanges will be sent out within 3-5 days of receipt of defective product. 

Please note, other policies regarding returns and refunds apply for products ordered via other retailers such as Amazon.com.
